Conduct a public hearing and consider the application of Camelot Sports for a variance pursuant to Section 13-5 of the Sign Code to allow the use of an Electronic Video Screen in conjunction with a gateway sign, which may include variances to the provisions of the Sign Code relating to the height, size and design of a gateway sign. (This item was postponed at the September 19, 2011, and October 3, 2011, City Council meetings.)
