Conduct a public hearing and consider an ordinance for Application No. 40-4-2015, submitted by April Moore for The Assured Group, for a rezoning from Industrial to Industrial with a Conditional Use Permit to allow miniwarehousing on 8.7 acres to be subdivided from an undeveloped 29.0-acre tract located at 2210 East Scyene Road, generally on the northwest corner of the intersection of East Glen Boulevard and Clay Mathis Road.
Conduct a public hearing as required by Chapter 395 of the Local Government Code to consider the land use assumptions and capital improvements plan under which water and wastewater impact fees may be imposed and to consider the amendment of land use assumptions and a capital improvements plan for the imposition of roadway impact fees.
