Conduct a public hearing and consider an ordinance for Application No. 594-29A-2015, submitted by Roger Kerbow, to amend Planned Development - Single Family Ordinance No. 3255 to allow side-loaded garage doors to be located on the front half of the structure for lots located on the west side of the 2300 block of Amesbury Drive. (One letter in opposition to the proposed amendment has been received. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommends approval of the application.)
