(One letter in favor and one letter in opposition to the application were received from property owners within the statutory notification area. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommends approval of the application.)
Conduct a public hearing and consider an ordinance for Application No. 1028-15A-2016, submitted by National Entertainment Network, for a rezoning from Commercial to Commercial with a Conditional Use Permit to allow up to a maximum of 15 coin-operated amusement devices on the 29.7-acre tract currently occupied by Walmart at 200 East U.S. Highway 80. (Five letters in opposition to the application were received from property owners within the statutory notification area. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommends approval of the application.)
