(Staff recommends award to GTS Technology Solutions, Inc., through Texas Department of Information Resources Contract Nos. DIR-TSO-2520 and DIR-TSO-3652, in the amount of $144,697.50.) 8 Authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Engineering Services Contract with Binkley & Barfield, Inc., to prepare construction plans and specifications for the reconstruction of Gus Thomasson Road from US Highway 80 to Town East Boulevard in the amount of $1,034,000.00. 9 Authorize the City Manager to execute an amendment to the Interlocal Public Transit Service Agreement with Dallas Area Rapid Transit Bus Service, LGC, and STAR Transit. 10 Authorize the City Manager to execute a cooperative agreement with the North Central Texas Council of Governments for implementation of an urbanized formula funds project. 11 Accept offer of property donation located at 1750 Pioneer Road and authorize the City Manager to execute the necessary documents.
