21 Conduct a public hearing and consider possible action for a Comprehensive Plan concurrency amendment associated with rezoning Application No. Z0517-0005 to change the future land use designation from Low Density Neighborhood to General Business, located at the southeast corner of East Cartwright Road and Wilkinson Road. (The Planning and Zoning Commission recommends denial.
