(Authorize the City Manager to finalize and execute a contract and any required documents with Motorola Solutions, Inc., through Texas Department of Information Resources Contract No. DIR-TSO-4101, for the purchase of global positioning for Police radios in an amount not to exceed $70,594.00.) 9 RFP No. 2023-021 - Annual Contract for Downtown Mesquite Overlay Ordinance. (One response in favor and none in opposition to the application have been received from property owners within the statutory notification area.
