BOA0825-0475– VARIANCE Conduct a public hearing to consider an application submitted by Noe Kerr on behalf of Yolanda Adame and Leal Adame for a Variance to allow the width of a front carport to exceed the 40% length of the front façade of the principal structure by 8% (3.5 feet) for a total of 48% (20 feet in width) of the front façade located at 4346 Birch Drive.
