BOA0326-0495 – SPECIAL EXCEPTION Conduct a public hearing to consider an application submitted by Adam and Natacha O’Reilly for Special Exception requests to allow 1) an oversized rear yard accessory structure, exceeding the maximum allowable height of 15 feet by 6 feet, for a total height of 21 feet, and 2) an accessory structure to exceed the maximum size of 1200 square feet by 400 square feet for a total of 1600 square feet, located at 6609 Woodley Court. BOA0426-0497 – SPECIAL EXCEPTION Conduct a public hearing to consider an application submitted by William Hart on behalf of Pleasant Grove Community Baptist Church for a Special Exception to allow joint parking between a church, daycare, and minor reception facility, reducing the total required parking from 155 spaces to 107 spaces, located at 3216 Military Parkway. BOA0426-0496 – SPECIAL EXCEPTION Conduct a public hearing to consider an application submitted by Arthur Murphy for Special Exception requests to allow 1) an oversized rear carport to exceed the maximum allowed size of 528 square feet by 402 square feet for a total size of 930 square feet. 2) a 160-square-foot storage shed (10x16), which would exceed the 35% accessory structure cover due to an existing oversized carport, located at 2114 Nectar Drive. (Elizabeth Lonix, Planner). (The public notices for application BOA0426-0496 indicated that the request also included a variance. However, it has since been determined that the variance is no longer needed and it will not be considered by the Board.)
