BOA0826-0510 – SPECIAL EXCEPTION Conduct a public hearing to consider approving application BOA0826-0510 submitted by Juleius Sanders with Antioch Worship Center for a Special Exception to allow a 1536 square foot temporary classroom building to be permitted on site, located at 6245 Shannon Road. BOA0826-0511 – VARIANCE Conduct a public hearing to consider approving application BOA0826-0511 submitted by Cesar Rodriguez for a Variance to allow a proposed patio cover along the side of the house that is considered part of the front yard to extend more than 8 feet from the exterior wall of the residence. located at 2000 Jasper Meadow. BOA0826-0514 – VARIANCE Conduct a public hearing to consider approving application BOA0826-0514 submitted by Jose Vazquez for a Variance to allow a 358.42-square-foot, 14-foot-tall front carport that exceeds the height of the principal structure, exceeds forty (40) percent of the length of the front façade of the principal structure, is detached from the principal structure, includes a gate, and encroaches 1 foot and 9 inches into the 5-foot side yard setback, located at 1708 Carnation Drive. (Jennifer Horton, Planner) This item has been postponed and will be renoticed for the October 22, 2026, meeting and will not be heard by the Board.
